Redemption conditions

Please note the following general conditions for the return of our items.

• Time frame for returns maximum 8 weeks from invoice date
• 15% deduction (handling fee) from the net value of the goods; but at least 39 EUR
• Goods can only be accepted in their original packaging
• Excluded from returns: MID devices, calibrated current transformers and software
• Excluded from being returned or canceled are customer-specific orders and produced items
• Returns are also excluded if the total net value of goods per part number is less than EUR 100.

Please use our consignment note for return deliveries. Unfortunately, return shipments without a completed consignment note cannot be considered.
