Change in Janitza Management
The cooperation between Janitza and Axel Hessenkämper has ended. The company announced the change on November 6.
Axel Hessenkämper is stepping down from Janitza’s management board. Employees were informed of this change on November 6.
Mr. Hessenkämper joined the Janitza management team in September 2024, complementing the existing management board of Markus Janitza, Rudolf Müller, and Alexander Veidt. His appointment was part of the company’s response to growing international requirements and an expanding organizational structure. Most recently, he was responsible for Research & Development, Products & Services, and Quality Assurance.
In his role as CEO, Mr. Hessenkämper advanced important initiatives and provided valuable momentum. After his departure, the corresponding areas of responsibility will temporarily be assumed by the other managing directors, Alexander Veidt (CFO) and Michael Kadziela (CSO). This ensures that all ongoing projects, initiatives, and product strategieswill continue without interruption.
