New sales management: Michael Kadziela becomes Chief Sales Officer at Janitza
Expansion of management strengthens international sales strategy

Michael Kadziela joined the management board of Janitza as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) on May 1, 2025. This newly created position underscores the strategic importance of international sales within Janitza’s growth strategy.
This move is a direct response to the company’s ongoing growth, its international focus, and the increasing complexity of its corporate structure. “By introducing the CSO role, we are deliberately strengthening our focus on both national and international sales and marketing. Michael Kadziela brings the ideal qualifications to further expand our market presence and enhance our customer-centric approach,” says Axel Hessenkämper, Managing Director at Janitza.
Extensive Experience in Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership
Michael Kadziela has broad experience in engineering, sales, finance, and overall operational management. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of GTM Testing and Metrology GmbH.
Clear Goal: Customer Proximity and Global Sales Strategy
As CSO, Mr. Kadziela will work closely with the existing management team, which currently includes Markus Janitza, Axel Hessenkämper, Rudolf Müller, and Alexander Veidt. With this step, Janitza is responding to increased demands and its growing corporate structure, further strengthening its position in international markets and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
