Change in Janitza’s Management Team
Michael Kadziela, Chief Sales Officer of Janitza, will be leaving the company at his own request following an orderly transition. Janitza is reorganizing responsibilities within its management team and remains committed to its growth strategy.
Since May 2025, Michael Kadziela has been responsible for the company’s sales and market-facing functions.
“Michael Kadziela assumed responsibility during an important phase of the company’s development and provided valuable momentum for the further advancement of our market organization,” said Alexander Veidt, CEO of Janitza. “We thank him for his commitment and contributions and wish him all the best for the future.”
Effective immediately, CEO Alexander Veidt will assume responsibility for the areas previously overseen by Michael Kadziela. In product- and technology-related matters, he will be supported by Thomas Hilbig, Vice President Product Management.
With this realignment of its leadership structure, Janitza will continue all customer and partner relationships as well as ongoing projects without interruption. The company remains firmly focused on customer proximity, international growth, technological excellence, and the consistent execution of its corporate strategy.
