Janitza North America Donates $10,000 to Wounded Warrior Project

During a full-team strategy meeting and holiday celebration this month, Janitza North America celebrated its new U.S. homebase in Ashburn, Virginia by donating $10,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP).

“We wanted to support a nonprofit with a strong connection to our new location right outside of our nation’s capital, and Wounded Warrior Project is the perfect fit,” said Christian Laurenzano, Chief Operating Officer for Janitza North America. “As a family-owned business with ‘authentic’ as one of our core values, it’s important to Janitza to support meaningful organizations in our communities. We’re honored to give back to Wounded Warrior Project, a group providing life-saving services to veterans and service members across the country.”

Nearly 20 Janitza team members from North America and the company’s main headquarters in Germany gathered at the company’s new North American location to honor WWP and celebrate the new office space alongside Loudoun County officials. The Ashburn office will open to the public in 2023.

WWP offers programs in mental health, physical health and wellness, long-term rehabilitative care, career counseling, and more. For more information about WWP, visit www.woundedwarriorproject.org.

Founded in Germany in 1961, Janitza has established roots in North America over the past four years. The Janitza North America team has doubled in size in 2022, with additional growth planned for 2023.
