• Standard-compliant power quality recording

The power quality in the grid is prescribed by standards. These standards regulate the network parameters and also precisely how they are to be recorded metrologically. If you want to measure in accordance with standards, the appropriate measurement technology must be used.

LIMIT VALUES AND MEASURING ACCURACY

EN 50160 describes the limit values that the power quality in the public grid must comply with. Deviations can cause errors and failures, especially with sensitive technology.

How exactly the power quality parameters are recorded, which time periods and accuracies are to be observed, and other basic requirements for measurement are specified in IEC 61000-4-30.

The UMG 512-PRO is a class A power quality analyzer, which is able to record the power quality according to the EN 50160 standard. This allows you to test the current at the energy transfer point and ensure a standard-compliant supply quality.
